PUBLIC NOTICE
Public notice is herby given that Council of the Village of McLean intends to adopt a bylaw under
The Planning and Development Act, 2007 to amend Bylaw 03-2014 known as the Zoning Bylaw.
INTENT
The proposed bylaw will amend Bylaw 03-2014 to include section 5.13 Residential 3 – Poplar Place
AFFECTED LAND
The Residential zoning will change Poplar Place to R3 from R1.
REASON
The reason for the amendment is to allow Poplar Place to be added to the Zoning Bylaw.
PUBLIC INSPECTION
Any person may inspect the bylaw at the municipal office between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday through Thursday excluding statutory holidays. Copies are available at a cost.
PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a public hearing on January 14th, 2026, at the regular scheduled council meeting at the Village Office at 7:00 p.m.
