Welcome to the Village of McLean! Whether you live here, are visiting or just passing through we hope you enjoy your time here. For a small community we have lots to offer from education, childcare, emergency services, and the few local businesses come to mind right away, but it’s the people that will make you want to stay. Many community groups offer tones of opportunities to meet people and take in a variety of activities. I encourage you to get involved with any of our community groups to invest yourself in our great village.
My name is Chris Bailey and I have the pleasure of serving as mayor. I was on council last term and am excited to continue to work with our great team to improve the community in all facets. We have a few projects started as well as lots of fresh ideas to implement in the community.
I moved to McLean in 2013 with my wife and two daughters and we are grateful for everything this village has provided. I’ve been on the Recreation Association since 2014, have met tonnes of people and had the privilege to help implement many community events through the years. We are proud to be raising our family and running our business in McLean.
I look forward to seeing you around the community and will do my best to help our team improve the community over the coming years!
